Keep your labor, parts and services in the price book. Whoever builds the estimate, the water heater swap comes out at the same price, and the line items land on the invoice unchanged.
Approved on Friday, invoiced in one step
Once the client approves, convert the estimate to a draft invoice that keeps the client, the lines and the tax rate. There is nothing to retype and no line to forget.
Cash, checks and cards you collect yourself
Record each payment against its invoice as it comes in, including deposits and installments. RovaPay online card payments are built but not switched on for customers by default, so today you record what you receive.
See which invoices are late before the customer stops answering
The AR aging report lists every unpaid invoice with its client and how many days past due it is, and exports to CSV. It tells you who to call this morning.
Billing follows the job
Completed work does not sit unbilled
A job moves to Invoiced when its invoice is created and to Paid once it is settled. Filter the job list for Completed and you can see the work nobody has billed yet.
