Where things stand
RovaPay is built, but we have not turned it on for customers by default, so no customer payments run through it yet. Until it is on for your account, you collect payment the way you do now and record it in FieldRova. Online payment links on invoices arrive with RovaPay. Ask our team where it stands for you.
How payments work

Each payment lands on the invoice it paid
A check handed over at the door gets recorded on its invoice. The balance drops, the status changes, and there is no second list to reconcile at the end of the month.
Today, you record what you collect
Choose the method, enter the amount and save. Cash, checks and cards you take outside FieldRova all go on the invoice, and AR aging reflects them right away.
RovaPay is built on Stripe Connect
Every company gets its own connected account, separate from other companies on FieldRova. It is the foundation for paying an invoice online.

When RovaPay is turned on for your account, our team walks you through the verification Stripe asks for. You do not wire anything together yourself.
