FieldRova checks permissions itself, not just on the screen. If a role is not allowed to open something, hiding the button is not the only thing standing in the way.
A role for your seasonal helper
Build a custom role, choose its permissions one by one, and assign it from the Users tab. Your three standard roles stay as they are.
