One app for the office and the truck
Owners and managers get the management side. Technicians get a short list of what they need on the job.
Same account, same data
Your crew signs in with the account they already have. What the office changes on the web shows up in the app, and the same roles decide who sees what.
Check in when the truck pulls up
Technicians tap Check in on a job and the app records the time, their location and how far they are from the address. A check-in outside the site radius is flagged for the office, not blocked. Check out ends the visit, and the hours land on their timesheet.
Quote and invoice from the driveway
Owners and managers can open estimates, invoices and the price book from their phone. Technicians see only what their role allows.
Call the client without exposing their number
Technicians call and text clients from the app through Rova Phone. With call masking on, a client's own number stays private.
